By yourself, with friends or family, choose your favorite notes, put together your formula and take with you the bottle of your unique creation!

Important information
  • The workshop will take place at Le Studio Olfactif located on 5 Rue Pierre de Coubertin in the heart of Bordeaux.
  • Arrive only 5 minutes before the starting time of your workshop. 
  • At the large blue door, ring "Le Studio Olfactif" at the intercom so we can grant you access. The studio is on the right of the courtyard.
 
  • For this workshop, we welcome participants aged 10 and plus. Children aged 10 to 13 years old need to be accompanied with a paying adult. Teenagers aged 14 and plus can attend the workshop alone.
  • Non paying participants are not allowed at the workshop.
  • Lateness by more than 15 minutes will not be accepted.
  • We advise you not to perfume yourself the day of your workshop (or at least a few hours before).
  • This workshop takes place with a minimum of 2 participants. If the number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the session. In such case, we will inform the attendess in advance and propose a new session or the cancellation of the booking.
 
  • Cancellation terms :
  • Workshops can be cancelled up to 48 hours before starting time. Workshops can be postponed to another time and date up to 48 hours before starting time, subjected to availability and validation from our side.Any workshop that would not be cancelled or postponed 48 hours before the starting time will not be reimbursed nor postponed to another date.
  • Le Studio Olfactif reserve the rights to cancel a workshop for compelling reasons and to inform the participants accordingly. The participants would then be able to choose between a full reimbursement of their payment or the possibility to choose another date. Such cancellations cannot result in any compensation.

ENJOY A TRUE OLFACTORY EXPERIENCE DURING 2H30 AND CREATE YOUR BESPOKE PERFUME!

You will be welcomed in our studio overlooking a vegetalized courtyard inside a listed building in the very heart of Bordeaux.

First, you are going to discover the story of perfumery and a few anecdotes...

You will then learn how perfumes usually are structured, thanks to the olfactive pyramid, before starting to try the notes and essences mostly used in the perfumer's organ.

During the next part (the longest!), you will be able to create your own perfume with the help of a perfumery expert. You will be able to choose your notes among more than 100 options. Our notes and accords come from the Grasse area, the French perfume capital city, and we use an organic alcool made in France.

A few tests will be made so that you can find your preferred formula.

You will leave with a bottle of your creation (eau de parfum concentration and your choice of the size between 30ml, 50ml or 100ml).

You will be able to customize your bottle and choose the color of the cap and the label as well as the name of your creation.

You will be able to keep your formulation document so you can reorder your creation later on.

 

INFORMATION REGARDING PARTICIPANTS :

During this workshop, we welcome participants aged 10 and above.

Children aged 10 to 13 need to be accompanied by an paying participant adult and under their responsibility. Children and teenagers above 14 can participate on their own.

Children aged 6 to 13 can participate in the Perfume Creation Workshop Adult/Child 1h30.

Non paying accompanying persons are not allowed.

This workshop takes place with a minimum of 2 participants. If this number is not reached, we reserve the tights to cancel the sessions. If required, we will inform in advance and propose another time slot, or the cancellation of the booking.
