- Buccellato - typical sweet bread made with simple and poor ingredients. It is a baked product with very ancient origins
- Cecina - typical thin focaccia made with a mixture of chickpea flour, water, salt and olive oil
- Tordelli - Lucca's typical dish par excellence, a pasta filled with all kinds of goodness: meat, cheese, chard, mortadella and seasoned with delicious meat sauce or with oil and cheese
- Chopping boards of typical cold cuts and wine - Tuscany is famous for its cold cuts and Lucca is certainly no exception
- Dessert - end the tour with a selection of exclusively made-in-Tuscany chocolates or a delicious ice cream. The best way to end the tour on a high note!
